When your offer is accepted, we hold a refundable deposit on your card. No deposit charged until acceptance — zero risk.
4. Pick up or get delivered
Meet the host, complete a quick walk-around, sign the rental agreement, and you're driving. Door-to-door delivery available in most cities.
5. Enjoy your trip
24/7 roadside assistance, in-app messaging with your host, and concierge support if you need anything along the way.
6. Return & release deposit
Drop off the car, complete the return inspection, and your deposit is released within 72 hours. Rate your host and book again.
